Job Description
- Prepare drywall for finishing by ensuring surfaces are clean, smooth, and ready for tape and mud application.
- Apply tape and joint compound to seams, corners, and other areas as needed.
- Sand and finish surfaces to ensure a flawless and even appearance.
- Repair any imperfections or damage in drywall surfaces.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other equipment required for the job.
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Adhere to safety protocols and site-specific requirements at all times.

Responsibilities
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a drywall finisher in commercial construction.
- Proficiency in taping, mudding, and sanding techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality, professional results.
- Knowledge of safety practices and regulations in a construction environment.
- Reliable transportation and ability to bring basic tools to the job site.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
- Be at least 18+ years of age
- Ability to work with various trades and assist with organizing materials for the work being completed
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
The hourly rate for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
