Job Description
Responsibilities
- Minimum of 12,000 hours of verifiable electrical experience (W-2 documentation required; verification will be completed through the Local Union).
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Proficiency with construction technology, including tablets, computers, and related software.
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Commitment to enforcing safety and attendance standards, establishing performance expectations, and holding team members accountable.
- Ability to obtain membership with IBEW Local 613 (assistance will be provided; W-2 documentation is required for this process).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take direction from a General Foreman.
The hourly rate for this position is $40-$44/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
