Electrical Helper

Overview

Responsibilities

• Measuring, cutting, and bending wire and conduit using measuring instruments and hand tools
• Maintaining tools, vehicles, and equipment and keeping parts and supplies in order
• Performing semiskilled and unskilled laboring duties related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide variety of electrical systems and equipment
• Following state and local building regulations based on the National Electrical Code

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of recent commercial electrical project experience
• Experience with switchgear
• Possess tools of the trade
• Experience bending pipe
• The hourly rate for this position is between $20-$23/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
