Job Description

PRST is actively seeking experienced Electrical Superintendents to lead long-term electrical construction projects across the Midwest and Southeast. These projects include large-scale multi-family residential and hotel developments, offering the opportunity to oversee complex installations from start to finish.

This is a key leadership position responsible for managing field operations, maintaining project schedules, ensuring quality workmanship, and promoting a strong safety culture throughout every phase of construction.

Per Diem: $600 per week

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise electrical field crews
Coordinate daily project activities to meet schedules and milestones
Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and electrical codes
Maintain quality control and oversee project execution from pre-construction through completion
Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork

Responsibilities

3+ years of hospitality experience (installer or lead)
4+ years as a superintendent
Local, with willingness to travel
Able to lead crews of 8–10
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety
Solid leadership and communication skills
Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
Strong problem-solving skills and experience with project management tools

The hourly rate for this position is $48/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
