PeopleReady Skilled Trades is seeking experienced Electrical Superintendents for exciting long-term multi-family and hotel construction projects across the Midwest & Southeast!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee electrical construction projects from start to finish
Lead crews and coordinate subcontractors
Ensure safety, quality, and scheduling standards are met
Manage timelines, materials, and project progress
Communicate effectively with project managers and field teams

Responsibilities

Electrical Superintendent experience
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Commercial, multi-family, or hotel construction background
Knowledge of NEC codes and jobsite safety practices
Ability to manage multiple phases of construction
Local, with willingness to travel
Able to lead crews of 8–10
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety
Solid leadership and communication skills
Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
Strong problem-solving skills and experience with project management tools

The hourly rate for this position is $48/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
