What You'll Do
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade electrical systems in high-end custom homes.
- Independently remove, replace, and retrofit 100A-200A electrical service panels.
- Interpret plans and complete installations that meet NEC and local code requirements.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately, and to the highest quality standards.
- Communicate professionally with supervisors, homeowners, and fellow tradespeople.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Work independently while collaborating effectively with the project team.
What You'll Bring
- Journeyman-level electrical experience required.
- Extensive experience wiring luxury custom homes and residential remodels.
- Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems, service upgrades, and current electrical codes.
- Proven ability to work independently and lead by example.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills. Bilingual preferred.
- Clean driving record with reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a drug screen.
- Must reside in Orange County.
- Dependable, accountable, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and able to pass E-Verify requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work on construction sites for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Minimum 5 years experience including high end custom home experience
- Being Bilingual is a plus to be able to communicate with clients
The hourly rate for this position is $38 -$40/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
