- Perform residential electrical installations, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades
- Independently remove, replace, and retrofit 100A–200A service panels
- Ensure all work complies with current electrical codes and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with project supervisors, team members, and homeowners
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Journeyman-level electrical experience required
- Extensive knowledge of high-end residential wiring methods and electrical codes
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support others
- Ability to take direction, implement company standards, and lead with professionalism
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Must be drug-free
- Must reside in Orange County
- Dependable, accountable, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable and punctual
- No excessive supervision needed
- Team player who can also confidently work alone when required
Responsibilities
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and able to pass E-Verify requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work on construction sites for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Minimum 5 years experience including high end custom home experience
- Being Bilingual is a plus to be able to communicate with clients
The hourly rate for this position is $40.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
