Job Description
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial electrical systems according to project specifications and electrical codes
- Perform electrical rough-in, trim-out, and finish work
- Install and terminate:
- Conduit and raceway systems
- Wire and cable
- Panels and breakers
- Switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures
- Electrical equipment and devices
- Bend and install EMT, rigid conduit, and other raceway systems
- Pull wire, make terminations, and complete electrical connections
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Perform troubleshooting, testing, and electrical system diagnostics
- Assist with equipment installations and commercial build-outs
- Verify proper operation of electrical systems and components
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Responsibilities
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Proven / verifiable experience as a Commercial Electrician
- Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, installation practices, and safety procedures
- Ability to read and interpret electrical plans, schematics, and blueprints
- Experience with commercial construction projects, including rough-in and finish work
- Have full PPE
- Must have reliable transportation to and from job site
- Must be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
The hourly rate for this position is $27 - $32/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
