Job Description

GROUP TC WILL COME FROM CUSTOMER 
Workers will need to be submitted to Beth at Wiggins for approval, need to submit in this format with a copy of the First Advantage screen shots of eligible background and negative drug screen.   Once approved by Beth she will send out the Wiggins safety videos that need to be done, they can not start until those videos are complete and Beth monitors that progress daily.  Wiggins Foreman will coordinate lodging needed for workers, our workers will coordinate with the foreman and they will take care of the lodging, if the workers choose to get the per diem instead, then they are on their own for lodging.   If the workers work the hours offered they will get paid 7 day perdiem, if they miss one day during the week then the perdiem may be just converted to daily per diem for that week that is based on Wiggins discretion.   MVR is only needed if the workers are trying to get reimbursed for any mileage traveling to the jobsite.   Workers will need to sign the Wiggins confidentiality agreement as well.

Job Duties: Their duties include ensuring uninterrupted power through systems like generators and UPS, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and electrical codes. They are also responsible for tasks like pulling and terminating cables, labeling equipment, and maintaining documentation

The hourly rate for this position is $25.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
