As a Skilled Construction Laborer with People Ready Skilled Trades, you’ll support a large network of construction contractors Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties. Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging trenches, carrying materials, and installing structures
- Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors
- Use power tools
Qualifications & Experience
- Reliable transportation to get to jobsite
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Position may require a drug screen
- Basic Hand tools
