Lead Carpenter / Modular Cleanroom Installer
Pay Rate: $38.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 Hours Per Day
Parking: Public parking available on-site
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform structural steel framing and finish carpentry installations.
- Install modular wall systems, controlled-environment components, and cleanroom assemblies.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Maintain organized, clean, and safe work areas throughout the project.
- Identify field issues and communicate solutions to project management.
- Safely operate commercial power tools, aerial lifts, and other construction equipment.
- Ensure all work is completed to project specifications and quality standards.
- Follow company safety policies and all site-specific regulations.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of carpentry experience preferred.
- Experience with metal framing, finish carpentry, or specialty architectural installations.
- Ability to read construction plans and layout work accurately.
- Comfortable using power tools and construction equipment.
- Experience installing modular wall systems or cleanrooms is a plus.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Dependable transportation and reliable attendance required.
Tools Required
- Basic hand tools required.
- Additional specialty tools and equipment will be provided.
Screening Requirements
- 5-Panel Drug Screen Required
- Tier 1 Background Check Required

The hourly rate for this position is $38-$38/hr/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
