Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Install window and door trim with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Fit and secure hardware and molding according to project specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and layout drawings
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and safety protocols
- Collaborate effectively with other trades and project supervisors
- Full-time, Monday through Friday, 40+ hours per week
- Projects are local to Ithaca, NY
- Temp-to-perm opportunity
Responsibilities
- Proven experience as a finish carpenter or similar trade
- Strong knowledge of interior finishing techniques and materials
- Proficiency with hand and power tools for carpentry work
- Ability to read and follow detailed plans and specifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials regularly
- Ability to stand, kneel, and work in varied positions for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
The hourly rate for this position is $$30.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
