Job Description
As a Working Foreman, you will oversee labor crews and perform tasks related to the following scopes of work:
- General cleaning and housekeeping
- Field office/trailer fit-out
- Temporary protection and containment
- Trash-out services and debris removal
- Select demolition and material handling
- Installation of safety railings, toe boards, stairs, ladders, and trash chutes
- Signage installation and traffic control/site logistics
- Water mitigation, winter tarping, and temporary enclosures
- Snow, ice, and temporary heat management/fueling
- Emergency response and punchlist completion
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to crew members effectively
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with the project Superintendent
- Emphasize and enforce the safe use of tools, machinery, and equipment
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Assemble and dismantle barricades, temporary structures, and scaffolding
- Assist contractors such as electricians, painters, and other trades as needed
- Follow and enforce all health and safety regulations on-site
Responsibilities
- High school diploma preferred
- Construction experience required
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Punctual and dependable; report to work on time
- Willingness to undertake training when necessary

The hourly rate for this position is $25-$30/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
