Job Description
- Build and install concrete forms for headwall repairs
- Measure, cut, and assemble formwork according to project requirements
- Ensure forms are properly aligned and secured before concrete placement
- Strip forms and perform finishing tasks as required
- Follow all project safety standards and work site procedures
- Coordinate with project supervisors and other trades
Responsibilities
- Previous experience as a Form Carpenter on civil, roadway, or drainage projects
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
- Familiarity with concrete placement and finishing processes
- Skilled with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Dependable with strong attention to detail
- Headwall construction or repairs
- Drainage structures
- Heavy civil construction
- DOT-related projects
The hourly rate for this position is $25-$30/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
