Job Description
- Frame residential structures according to specifications and blueprints.
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and on time.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Inspect and verify quality of completed work.
Responsibilities
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a framing carpenter in residential construction.
- Must own and bring all necessary hand and power tools to the job site.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.

The hourly rate for this position is $27-$30/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
