Job Description
As a Gutter Installer with PeopleReady Skilled Trades, you’ll support construction contractors throughout the Palmetto, FL area. In this gutter installer role, you’ll earn up to $20-25 an hour and enjoy weekly pay, health insurance benefits and a flexible work schedule. Responsibilities
- Installing tile and/or metal roofing.
- Inspecting sites and removing hazardous items.
- Preparing time and material cost estimates.
- Using a spirit level to ensure accuracy.
- Drilling holes to fit screws and mount brackets.
- Caulking all gaps and joints.
- Sourcing appropriate replacement gutters when required.
- Fabricating all parts required for the job.
- Keeping strong and fit enough to perform duties.
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma, PPE and Tools
- Experience working on roofs and handling power tools would be advantageous.
- Analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strength and a good sense of balance.
The hourly rate for this position is $21.00-$25.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
