Job Description
Pay & Schedule
- $28-$30 per hour (based on experience)
- 10-hour shifts Monday-Friday
- 8-hour shifts every Saturday
- Consistent overtime available
Positions Available
Finish Grade Dozer Operators – 5 needed
- Finish grading and reshaping phosphogypsum stacks
- Building and maintaining secure containment dikes
- Installing and working around synthetic liner systems
- Managing water flow and drainage on contaminated water containment areas
- Reading grade stakes and maintaining precise elevations
- Performing daily equipment inspections and maintaining a safe work area
Excavator Operators – 3 NEEDED
- Loading haul trucks efficiently and safely
- Excavating and moving material throughout the project site
- Maintaining production goals while operating safely
- Conducting daily equipment inspections
- Working closely with ground personnel and site supervision
Responsibilities
- Experienced in operating dozers and excavators.
- Knowledge of grading, excavation, and earthmoving techniques.
- Strong understanding of construction site safety.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and challenging terrain.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet project deadlines.
The hourly rate for this position is $28-$30/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
