Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable HVAC Lead Installer to join our team! The ideal candidate will have strong commercial HVAC installation experience, leadership skills, and the ability to complete projects safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail.
Position Responsibilities
- Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, refrigerant lines, ventilation materials, and fuel gas lines as required
- Ensure all assigned projects are completed accurately and on schedule
- Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings for installation projects
- Work efficiently to minimize labor hours and material waste
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction
- Perform professional-quality work on all installations
- Troubleshoot installation issues and provide effective solutions
Responsibilities
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of HVAC installation/construction experience
- Knowledge of various HVAC systems used in light commercial applications
- Understanding of HVAC construction phases and installation processes
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and mechanical plans
- Skilled in welding, soldering, pipefitting, and fuel gas connections
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working from lifts
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Physically coordinated and dependable
The hourly rate for this position is $38.00-$42.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
