Job Description
-
Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems

Perform troubleshooting on furnaces, heat pumps, AC units, and rooftop units

Identify mechanical and electrical issues and recommend effective solutions

Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining quality standards

Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, repairs, and recommendations

Accurately document work performed, parts used, and service reports
-
Follow safety protocols and comply with California and EPA regulations
Responsibilities
3+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Experience with residential systems; light commercial experience preferred
EPA Section 608 Certification (required)
Valid California driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong customer service and communication skills
The hourly rate for this position is $40 - $50/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
