Job Description
Compensation:
- $25–$30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
- Measure, cut, bend, and shape sheet metal for custom fabrication projects.
- Assemble and install HVAC ductwork, panels, enclosures, and structural components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and fabrication diagrams.
- Operate fabrication equipment, including presses, drills, shears, and CNC machinery.
- Join sheet metal components using welding, riveting, soldering, and other fastening methods.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and specification compliance.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe, organized work environment.
- Repair, modify, or replace damaged sheet metal components as needed.
Responsibilities
- Must have, PPE, tools and reliable transportation
- Experience in sheet metal fabrication, installation, or mechanical assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
- Knowledge of welding, riveting, and sheet metal joining techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to lift materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
The hourly rate for this position is $$25.00-$30.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
