Job Duties:
- Journeyman HVAC tech work
- Open HVAC systems
- Remove and replace filters in large building HVAC systems
- Clean coils using spray equipment
- Maintain professional appearance and reliability
- Interact courteously with property managers if questions arise
- No confined spaces, but the units serviced will be in hotel room ceilings, requiring climbing a 4-foot ladder.

Job Posting Qualifications:
• Be at least 18 years of age
• 4 years minimum prior experience in the HVAC field required.
• Ability to bring your own hand and power tools.
• Ability to climb a ladder to reach and work on the units.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Position does require a drug screen.
• OSHA-10 Certification is not required, but a plus.
The hourly rate for this position is $$32-$34/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
