Job Description

Responsibilities
Maintain the air conditioning/heating and refrigeration systems,
Responsible to diagnose, repair and renovate HVAC equipment,
HVAC BAS control systems, utilizing knowledge of electronics,
Diagnose and repair constant and variable speed air
Record keeping of refrigerant, chiller logs, safety forms, boiler logs, work orders and time sheets
Proper maintenance and cleanliness of tools ,equipment ,work
Frequent contact with members of other departments, and the general public,
Daily climbing of stairs, ladders to reach A/C units,
Continuous listening to units to identifying problems in,
Continuous reaching, bending, stooping, to access equipment to make repairs or read gauges
Qualifications & Experience
- Familiar with mechanical, conservation, fuel gas codes and
- Computer skills
- Ability to read and interpret diagrams, drawings, control
- High School graduate with 10 minimum combined years of commercial
- HVAC/BAS experience and technical training in the HVAC field
