Job Description
Insulation Installer (Attic) – Residential
What You'll Do
- Remove existing blown-in and batt insulation from residential attics.
- Vacuum debris and perform attic sanitation.
- Install new R-38 batt insulation on 16-inch centers.
- Safely work in confined attic spaces while following all safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates to complete projects efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience with insulation installation, attic work, or general construction preferred.
- Comfortable working in hot attic environments and confined spaces.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move insulation materials throughout the workday.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

The hourly rate for this position is $22.- $24/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
