Overview

Responsibilities

• Working with metal and wood framing and roof truss components
• Using hand or electric tools to fabricate, cut, and install framework
• Reading and understanding blueprints and drawings
• Helping place and secure wood during the building process
• Being confident in framing, measuring, trim work, and finishing work
• Rebuilding an entire deck - rough framing involved - structural - finish

Qualifications & Experience

• · Reliable transportation to commute to multiple construction sites throughout day
• · Min 3 years verifiable experience - references required
• · Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation
• · Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• The hourly rate for this position is $35-38 /hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
