JOB DESCRIPTION
PRST is seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician ready to take the next step into a Lead or Foreman role. This position is ideal for someone who not only excels technically but can also lead crews, manage job progress, and serve as the point of contact in the field.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial projects

Plan daily work activities and assign tasks

Install and oversee EMT conduit (¾"–4") and electrical systems

Ensure work is completed per NEC, plans, and specifications

Read and interpret blueprints and coordinate with other trades

Train and mentor apprentices and junior electricians

Enforce job site safety and quality standards

Communicate progress and issues with project management
Responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS
Journeyman Electrician license (required)
- Previous experience with high rises
- NFPA70 Certification
6+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
Prior lead, foreman, or supervisory experience strongly preferred
Advanced conduit bending and layout skills
Strong leadership and communication abilities
OSHA 30 required
Reliable transportation and full set of tools

The hourly rate for this position is $30-$38/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
