Job Description
PRST is seeking an experienced Bags-On Lead Journeyman Carpenter to join a custom home contractor in Marin County, CA, specializing in luxury custom home construction. This role requires a highly skilled carpenter with leadership ability to manage a small crew while remaining hands-on with daily work. Candidates should bring 5+ years of custom residential carpentry experience, including framing, finish, detailed woodwork, interpret blueprints, oversee daily site activities, ensure top-tier craftsmanship, and maintain schedules while promoting safety and efficiency on the job site.

Responsibilities
5+ years of custom residential carpentry experience, with proven supervisory experience as a LEAD Carpenter
Ability to lead, train, and motivate crews while working hands-on
Proficiency with tools, materials, and construction methods for high-end homes
Reliable transportation to San Francisco job sites
Must own tools for carpentry
The hourly rate for this position is $45 - $55/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
