Responsibilities
Re-installing original piping to the correct location inside.
Modifying plumbing to meet code requirements. Running gas with Black Iron pipe. Installing commercial kitchen fixtures and rerouting drains to meet code requirements
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial properties, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of plumbing systems to prevent issues and ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure plumbing systems are integrated effectively into new construction and renovation projects.
Project is located in Winnemucca, NV $40.00 p/hr. plus $125.00 per diem/ per day worked
Qualifications & Experience
- Be at least 18 years of age
- OSHA 10 Certification or a willingness to obtain it
- Licensed Plumber
- Background check and drug test required
- 6+ yrs of Commercial Plumbing experience
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
The hourly rate for this position is $30.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
