Pay: $37-38/hour
Duration: 6+ months

- Read blueprints/drawings
- Maintain and upkeep property
- Troubleshooting plumbing issues (buckups, sinks, pipes, sprinklers, etc)
- Replace lights, rewire ballasts, and trouble shoot electrical fixtures.
- Inspect air handling units on commercial flat roofs.
- Use ladders to safely access elevated areas.
- Assist with building maintenance and tenant requests.
- Adept at identifying and diagnosing maintenance issues and coordinating repairs.
- Work safely in various environments, including heights and confined spaces
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
Responsibilities
- Reliable transportation
- 3+ years of commercial maintenance supervisor experience
- Your own tools (basic hand tools).
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to work on your feet all day.
The hourly rate for this position is $37-$38/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
