Job Description:

Marketing IT Manager bridges the gap between marketing and IT, managing the technology stack (like CRM, marketing automation) to execute digital strategies, analyze data, and improve campaigns, requiring skills in both tech and marketing to collaborate across teams for better customer experience and business growth. They oversee digital platforms, data integration, campaign performance, and ensure marketing tech aligns with business goals.

Position is Hybrid – Able to work from home but must be flexible to work in office. Offices available in Long Beach, Irvine and San Diego.

The hourly rate for this position is $35 - $36/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
