Job Description
PeopleReady Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced millwright/mechanic with strong supervisory skills who’s ready to advance into a Field Installation Lead/Foreman role. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position working with a team that specializes in conveyor fabrication and installation.
- Full-time 1st shift schedule Monday – Friday
- Pay: $25 – $35/hr.
- Temp-to-perm pathway

Read and interpret blueprints; partner with engineering teams on any field adjustments

Lead crews in setting conveyors and equipment per design specifications

Direct the installation of utilities related to equipment

Ensure trucks and trailers are properly loaded before each job

Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked work trucks

Communicate regularly with the Project Manager to keep projects on track
Responsibilities
- 3+ years of millwright or installation experience
Strong blueprint reading and crew leadership abilities
Mechanically inclined with hands-on knowledge of conveyor and equipment installations
Clean driving record and willingness to travel
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

The hourly rate for this position is $25 - $35/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
