Job Description
This opportunity involves sanding, painting, and gel coat application for both the interior and exterior of a large water slide. Extensive sanding will be required prior to the application phases. You’ll be working alongside a certified boom lift operator at heights of up to 45-50 feet.
We’re looking for professionals with the following skills:
- Commercial Painters: Expertise in large-scale painting projects, including surface preparation, priming, and detailed finishing.
- Sanders: Experience in sanding large surfaces with precision and efficiency to ensure optimal paint and gel coat adhesion.
- Applicators: Skilled in gel coat application, ensuring smooth and even finishes for high-quality results.
Responsibilities
- OSHA 10 Certification (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with fall protection protocols and safety standards for working at heights.
- All required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and fall protection gear.
- On-site training to ensure safety and project success.
- Work hours: 6/7 AM – 5/6 PM (weather-dependent).
- Expect 10-hour days, 6 days per week, including Saturday or Sunday.
- Anticipated overtime: up to 20hrs per week

The hourly rate for this position is $25.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
