Job Description
- Read and interpret blueprints.
- Install, repair, and maintain water, drainage, and gas piping systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Cut, bend, thread, and install pipe.
- Solder/braze pipe.
- Troubleshoot & diagnose issues.
- Clear clogs & fix leaks.
- Install fixtures such as sinks, facets, toilets, water heaters, etc.
- Work with various types of pipe such as copper, galvanized steel, PEX, ABS, PVC, etc.
- Ensure systems meet building codes.

Responsibilities
- Must be minimum 18 years of age.
- Minimum 5 years of finish/rough residential and/or commercial plumbing experience.
- Self sufficient and fully tooled in the trade.
- Strong blueprint reading skills as well as knowledge of plumbing codes.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
The hourly rate for this position is $30 -38/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
