Responsibilities
- Installing copper, cast iron and PVC
- Join pipes using various methods such as screws, bolts, fittings, solder, plastic solvent, and calks joints.
- Have knowledge of different types of pipes and fittings to ensure proper joining.
- Understand the principles of plumbing codes and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems to prevent leaks and other issues.
- Install new plumbing systems in commercial buildings, including water supply and drainage systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing problems to identify the root cause and provide effective solutions
Qualifications & Experience
- A current/active Utah Apprentice or Journeyman Plumber license
- OSHA-10 Certification (we offer complimentary training if needed)
- Minimum 3 yrs of experience with pluming
- Must have experience with copper and cast iron
- Relevant plumbing experience, preferably in a commercial setting.
- Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Familiarity with various types of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
