- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Demolish and remove existing walls and fixtures.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood, metal, and other materials
- Frame walls, install windows, install door frames, snap together flooring, toe board, quarter round, trim and residential fixtures.
- Comfortable installing rafters and trusses.
- Perform layout and finish work with precision.
- Collaborate with others on site to meet project goals.
- Work safely in various environments, including heights and confined spaces
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
Responsibilities
- 3+ years of residential experience
- Your own tools, including a tool belt, hammer, tape measure, level, utility knife, speed square, chalk, plumb bob, prybar, Sawzall or circular saw, and cordless impact
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to work shift
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
The hourly rate for this position is $35.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
