Job Description

We’re looking for experienced riggers to join our team for a short-term project at an automotive plant. The scope of work involves disassembling and assembling production equipment and assisting with machinery moves and setups. Candidates should be comfortable working in an industrial setting and able to follow safety protocols and direction closely.

Responsibilities:
• Disassemble and reassemble machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Operate rigging and lifting equipment (chains, slings, hoists, etc.)
• Support alignment and placement of heavy machinery
• Perform welding tasks as needed for fabrication, repair, or reinstallation
• Follow all site safety rules and maintain a clean, organized work area

Responsibilities

• Proven experience as a rigger or welder in an industrial or automotive plant environment
• Ability to read and follow drawings or layout plans
• Strong understanding of rigging techniques and lifting operations
 • Must have all required PPE and tools for the job
 • Reliable and safety-focused

The hourly rate for this position is $25.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
