Job Description
Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Weekly Pay
- Performing general construction labor and crew support
- Preforming hang digging , setting vaults, removing vaults potholing
- Driving and backing in trailers
- Working in trenches and mud outside in the elements
- Using hand tools, power tools, and various construction equipment
- Preparing trenches and ground areas for pipes and utility lines
- Removing, filling, and compacting earth
- Guiding equipment operators to help safely align and position machinery
- Setting up and cleaning up construction sites
- Loading and unloading tools, materials, and equipment
- Participating in Job Safety Analysis (JSA) before work begins at new sites
- Setting up safety perimeters with signs, cones, and barriers
- Following all job-site safety procedures and instructions
- Working overtime, weekends, after-hours, or on-call shifts when necessary to complete projects
Responsibilities
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid Right to Work documentation in the U.S.
- Reliable and willing to work on-call and weekends
- Comfortable with traveling to different job sites
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Able to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
- Dependable, hardworking, and able to follow directions
- Must successfully pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screening, including THC
The hourly rate for this position is $25-$27/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
