Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Site cleaning and debris removal to maintain a safe and organized workspace
- Loading and unloading deliveries of materials and equipment
- Assisting tradespeople with cleaning, prepping, and other support tasks
- Performing general labor duties as required by the site supervisor
Responsibilities
Requirements:
- OSHA-10 certification (mandatory)
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced commercial construction environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

The hourly rate for this position is $23-$23/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
