Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Epoxy Flooring Installer to join our team on 2nd shift in a temp-to-perm opportunity. If you have experience with concrete preparation, resin mixing, and epoxy application—and are ready to grow your career—we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

As part of our team, you will:
  • Prepare Concrete Surfaces: Grind, shot-blast, or diamond-cut concrete to remove old coatings, repair cracks, and create a porous profile for epoxy adhesion.
  • Mix Materials: Accurately measure and mix multi-part resin systems, considering pot-life and temperature constraints.
  • Apply Epoxy Coatings: Pour, spread, and back-roll base coats, decorative flakes, quartz, or metallic topcoats using squeegees, rollers, and sprayers.
  • Operate Equipment: Manage heavy-duty tools like planetary floor grinders, vacuums, scrubbers, and hand power tools.
  • Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to strict safety, ventilation, and chemical handling protocols, including respirator use when necessary.
  • Site Management: Keep workspaces clean, follow OSHA guidelines, and represent the company professionally when interacting with clients.

Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: 1+ years in epoxy flooring installation, concrete finishing, or a related trade.
  • OSHA-10 Certification: Required.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to handle heavy equipment, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Team Player: Reliable, adaptable, and committed to high-quality work.

Why Join Us?

  • Temp-to-Perm Opportunity: Start as a temporary employee and earn the chance to transition into a permanent role.
  • 2nd Shift Schedule: Work evenings starting at 4:00 PM, ideal for those who thrive in later hours.
  • Supportive Team Environment: Join a growing team that values precision, craftsmanship, and safety.
