Job Description
PeopleReady Skilled Trades is currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Quality / Manufacturing Rework Technicians for a warehouse production environment. This role is focused on quality control, product rework, and assisting quality technicians on the manufacturing floor. Ideal candidates will have previous manufacturing or production experience and a strong attention to detail.
- Perform rework and corrective adjustments on products that do not meet quality standards
- Assist quality technicians with inspections and production floor support
- Remove and replace screws or components as needed
- Apply adhesive to units/components according to specifications
- Inspect products for defects, inconsistencies, or quality concerns
- Follow manufacturing work instructions and quality procedures
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Document findings and communicate issues to supervisors or quality personnel
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
SCHEDULE:
- Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:45 PM
- Overtime may be available on Fridays
Responsibilities
- Previous manufacturing, production, or quality control experience required
- Experience performing inspections, rework, or quality checks in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies
- Ability to follow written work instructions and manufacturing specifications
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable and punctual attendance required
- This position requires a drug test and a Tier 1 background check
Work Environment & Dress Code:
- Indoor warehouse/manufacturing setting
- No PPE required
- Dress code: Jeans and t-shirt acceptable
- Clothing must be free of offensive language or graphics
The hourly rate for this position is $20/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
