Job Description
- Unloading Materials: Safely handle and unload materials delivered to the job site.
- Job Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized workspace by removing debris and ensuring it’s disposed of in dumpsters.
- Assist Tradespeople: Work closely with carpenters and other trades to install materials and complete tasks.
- General Duties: Take on other assigned responsibilities to support the team and keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods throughout the day. You should also be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Willingness to collaborate with carpenters and other trades professionals.
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization at all times.
- Prior experience in the commercial construction field is required.
The hourly rate for this position is $21 - $23/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
