Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction job sites
- Support carpenters and other journey-level trades professionals
- Perform general labor duties including digging trenches, carrying and moving materials, and assisting with the installation of structures
- Filling a wheel barrel full of sand from our dump trail and moving it about 100 ft
- Follow all job site safety procedures and company guidelines
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow crew members
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and productive work environment
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift construction materials
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
- Previous construction or labor experience is a plus, but motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
The hourly rate for this position is $24.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
