Job Description
- Hours: X8's, Monday – Friday, 40 hours
- Follow instructions from lead tradespeople i.e. carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc., to assist with installing materials.
- Load and unload building materials and stage throughout the project
- Operate grinders, sanders, and other power tools for demolition
- Assist with general labor tasks, such as material handling, cleanup, and site preparation
- assist with moving dirt or other material as directed in plans or by supervisor
Scope of work: Scope of work to include demo of walls and ceilings, demo of flooring, assist in framing of walls, insulation install, assist in hanging of sheetrock, moving, stocking, and transporting of necessary construction materials, and extensive clean up. Assist in traffic control set-up and execution, digging and backfill, and more. Duties will include material handling and fencing, stocking of materials, setting up temporary walls, and demo.
Responsibilities
- Be at least 18+ years of age
- This position will require Federal Background Screening and fingerprinting to gain project access
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable construction experience.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods throughout the day
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Prior experience in the commercial field is preferred

The hourly rate for this position is $17.75- $22.50/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
