Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Demo walls, ceilings, flooring, and other building components
• Assist with framing interior walls using metal studs and lumber
• Install insulation in walls and ceilings
• Hang and secure sheetrock with precision
• Load, move, and stock materials throughout the project site
• Assist with installing cable tray and pulling low-voltage cable
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Follow all hospital safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Work with the project team to meet deadlines and quality standards
Responsibilities
• Commercial carpentry experience in construction or renovation settings
• Skilled with demolition, framing, insulation, and drywall installation
• Ability to use saws, drills, screw guns, hand tools, and demo tools
• Experience working in occupied or sensitive environments preferred
• Basic understanding of cable tray installation and cable pulling
• Must have reliable transportation, required PPE, and basic tools
• Ability to work independently and follow direction
The hourly rate for this position is $21- $24/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
