Job Description
Location: Baton Rouge, LA (Local candidates only)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 12:00 PM–10:00 PM
- Assemble and install metal shelving units according to provided specifications.
- Use tools such as screwdrivers and wrenches for secure installations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Must be local to the Baton Rouge, LA area (no travelers or per diem work available).
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and maneuvering shelving units.
- Familiarity with basic tools such as screwdrivers and wrenches.
- Adherence to a strict 100% no-smoking policy on-site.
- Must pass a customer background check process prior to starting.
- Availability to work Monday through Thursday from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Prior experience in the Commercial Or Industrial Mechanical field (required)
- Prior experience using With Commercial & Industrial Plumbing (preferred)

The hourly rate for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
