Overview

Responsibilities

• Assisting in layout and prep for residential pool installations
• Trenching and setting plumbing lines
• Operating hand and power tools
• Assisting equipment operators with material placement
• Backfilling, compacting, and site cleanup
• Mixing and pouring concrete as needed
• Ensuring a safe and clean work environment
• Supporting skilled tradespeople and following direction from supervisors

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 6 months of general construction or outdoor labor experience
• Experience in equipment operation or plumbing is a big plus
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Must be dependable and safety-conscious
• The hourly rate for this position is $20-$22/hour. This rate is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
