Job Description
• Installing lightning protection holders and rods according to project specifications
• Measuring, marking, and assisting with layout for installation points
• Drilling, fastening anchors, and attaching grounding conductors
• Verifying proper alignment, spacing, and secure installation of components
• Operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Working at heights up to 30 feet while following all safety protocols
• Maintaining compliance with OSHA regulations and job site safety standards
• Assisting team members to complete installations accurately and on schedule
• Cleaning and organizing the work area, including debris removal after installation work is completed
Responsibilities
- OSHA 10 Certification REQUIRED
- Comfortable working at heights
- Construction or roofing experience preferred
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
The hourly rate for this position is $25-$28/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
