Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage subcontractors across all project stages.
- Oversee construction phases, ensuring quality control and safety compliance.
- Administer site safety programs and represent the company in customer service matters.
- Be the technical expert on construction methods, including concrete, masonry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and more.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Experience:
- 5+ years of construction management experience across various asset classes.
- Hands-on expertise in commercial interior buildouts.
- Experience in multi-story construction preferred.
- Education:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field OR relevant work experience in projects like commercial buildings, hospitals, schools, or multifamily developments.
- Certifications:
- OSHA 30-Hour Training (required).
- LEED project experience (preferred).
- Skills:
- Familiarity with project management software (Microsoft Office, SAGE 300 CRE).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction principles, safety protocols, and modern technology.
- Valid driver’s license required.

- Tools: Candidates should bring their own standard hand tools as applicable.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation

- Prior experience in the Commercial or Industrial fields (required)

The hourly rate for this position is $44-$52/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
