Job Description
- Perform MIG and/or TIG welding using established procedures and specifications.
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality and workmanship standards are met.
- Read and interpret manufacturing drawings and work instructions.
- Complete secondary operations as needed.
- Operate welding and production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor work quality and meet daily production goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Responsibilities
- Experience with MIG and/or TIG welding required.
- Prior welding experience or formal welding training preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Vocational training or welding certification is a plus.
- Ability to read manufacturing drawings and specifications.
- Vocational school training or completion of a certified welding program preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
The hourly rate for this position is $$25.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
