Jill Quinn leads the RenewableWorks, Centerline Drivers and PeopleReady Skilled Trades (PRST) brands, driving business growth, operational excellence and cultivating customer partnerships for these three TrueBlue companies. With 25+ years of leadership experience, she brings deep expertise in helping organizations navigate complex labor environments while building high performing skilled workforces.

Quinn is passionate about creating meaningful impact by connecting people with opportunity. Her leadership has contributed to numerous successful partnerships, supporting both clients seeking growth and individuals pursuing careers in the skilled trades.

Recognized for her collaborative leadership, she has received several honors and accolades, including Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) Global Power 150 and Women in Trucking Association’s (WIT) Top Women to Watch list over multiple years. Quinn sits on the National Private Truck Council (NPTC) Board of Directors and is also an active member of SEIA. Under her leadership, Centerline has been named one of the Top Companies for Women to Work for in Transportation by Women in Trucking from 2018 to 2025 and a 2021 Top Workplace by Energage.

Quinn holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from California State University-Fullerton.
