PRST customer is seeking an Administrative Assistant. This is a fantastic career opportunity! If you are seeking a Full-time, Temp-to- Permanent position as an Administrative Assistant, with hourly pay of $24.00. This is the position for you!
The Administrative Assistant , you will perform secretarial and administrative support duties in accordance with established procedures, instructions, and work routines.

- Perform general office admin duties, including filing, create correspondence, and prepare documents.
- Operation of business machines such as calculators, copiers, and faxes.
- Participates in conferences, meeting , and activities.
- Stay organized , manage, and keep an office running smoothly.
- Strong communication with office Managers and employees.
Responsibilities
Monday through Friday schedule 7:00- 3:30pm. Could be working 10-hour shifts daily
Must be 18 years of age. Valid RIGHT TO WORK documents for Employment in the US
Must be experienced and proficient at Excel
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent typing skills
Must have good speaking and listening skills. Able to understand and speak English clearly
Must be able to work with or without supervision
Must be organized and use time wisely
Customer service driven
Professional appearance. Business casual attire required
Must be punctual and reliable, with proven attendance record
The hourly rate for this position is $24.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
