Are you a skilled Journeyman Rough Framing Carpenter who takes pride in precision craftsmanship? Join PRST and work with a premier custom home builder creating beautiful, high-quality residential homes throughout the Hillsboro area.

What You'll Do
- Layout, frame, and build custom residential structures
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Frame walls, floors, roofs, stairs, decks, and structural components
- Maintain the highest standards for safety, quality, and productivity
- Collaborate with superintendents, crews, and other skilled trades to keep projects moving
Responsibilities
- 5+ years of residential rough framing experience
- Strong layout skills for floors, walls, and structural framing
- Ability to confidently read and interpret blueprints
- Commitment to quality craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Experience using hand and power tools (must provide your own tool bags)
- OSHA certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties throughout the workday
- Reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
The hourly rate for this position is $30- $35/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
