We are seeking skilled Carpenters to support commercial and residential customers. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in framing, finish carpentry, and detailed woodwork for high-end, custom-built homes. You should bring strong craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints. A minimum of 4+ years of residential carpentry experience is preferred, along with a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Proven residential carpentry experience, with a focus on custom home projects
• Ability to work with a variety of tools, materials, and finishes
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with contractors and crews
• OSHA certification or willingness to obtain is a plus
Responsibilities
- 18 yrs minimum. Valid RIGHT TO WORK DOCUMENTS to work in the US
- 4+ years of residential carpentry experience
- Proficiency in framing, trim, and finish carpentry techniques
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Experience working with a variety of hand and power tools and able to bring bags to jobsites
The hourly rate for this position is $28-34/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
