Job Description
PRST is seeking an experienced, detail-driven carpenter to join our team on a luxury residential project in Carmel-by-the-Sea. This is not production work – it’s high-end, custom craftsmanship on a multi-million-dollar home remodel where precision, artistry, and pride in workmanship are a must. Responsibilities
- Perform custom carpentry, finish work, and installation with an emphasis on craftsmanship and detail.
- Work on unique architectural features, custom cabinetry, doors, windows, and millwork.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and designers to execute high-level remodel plans.
- Maintain the highest safety and quality standards on site.
Qualifications & Experience
- • Requires 2+ Years working on custom home projects.
- • Experience working with high end custom homes
- • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- • Must have basic hand and power tools
- • Ability to meet short deadlines and work variable hours as project requires
- • Ability to follow OSHA requirements and safety precautions
- • Able to work in hot and cold environments
- • Capable of lifting equipment over your head, working overhead for extended periods of time, and climbing ladders
- • Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
- • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- • Position requires a background check
The hourly rate for this position is $24.00-$38.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
